Yoga for wellbeing
Hello and welcome to my website, thank you so much for being here.
I am a yoga teacher and registered nurse, who is passionate about real health for mind, body and soul. In 2019, after nearly 2 decades of working in the NHS, I experienced complete burnout. Utterly exhausted, I was unable to work, study or even exercise due to intense anxiety attacks. At this point, I had been practising yoga for 10 years and it was the one thing I was able to continue to do throughout my recovery. After experiencing all the incredible benefits of a regular yoga practice in my own life, and following encouragement from friends and family, I decided to finally undertake my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. I am passionate about supporting others to improve their own lives, holistically, through the exploration of yoga and meditation techniques.
